A laid back yoga class for our faves aged 2-4 years. This 5 week course starts on Monday 13th Jan from 2-2.30pm. Parents can hang out in our coffee shop whilst their little ones learn yoga poses and stretch to calming sounds.

Welcome to our Postnatal Pilates Class. This is a warm and welcoming space where mums can bring their babies along. Your little one can lie next to you while you exercise, and feel free to take breaks whenever you need and join back in when you’re ready.
