A safe and welcoming space for you and your baby to bond over a gentle yoga flow. A slow paced and relaxed session inspired to create a sense of peace and connection for new mums and their little one. Baby is as involved in the yoga flow as your want them to be- each pose is designed with babies' inclusion mind.

Hormone Yoga is about working with your body not against it. Your body works on a cycle and has distinctive capabilities at different times of the cycle.
This is a 5 week course starting 12th November. £16 per session.
